What Can I Expect as a New Patient?New patients are always welcome. Chiropractic care has helped thousands of people of all ages regain and maintain their health throughout their lifetime. There is no fee for consulting with Dr. Gindhart about your health condition. We are always happy to explain what we do and encourage any questions you may have about our office.
New Patient PaperworkWe understand your time is valuable. You can speed up your initial visit by printing out and completing the initial paperwork before arriving to our office. To print the forms, select on the link below. Click on the 'Open' button (if it asks you). Wait for the page to load. The paperwork will appear in a new browser window. When the page has loaded select “Print” from the "File" menu or hit the print button icon in your browser. Please complete the paperwork and bring it with you for your initial appointment.Patient Orientation ClassesNew patient orientation classes are held on Tuesday evenings. Everyone is welcome, even if you are not a patient. This is a great opportunity to get more information about what we do and to have any questions answered.
