"The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will
interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the
cause and prevention of disease" - Thomas Edison Jon G. Gindhart, Doctor
of Chiropractic
Dr. Jon
Gindhart is the only NUCCA Upper Cervical Doctor in the Bucks County area.
Dr. Gindhart has had his own office since 1995.
Dr. Gindhart received his degree in Chiropractic at the Fountainhead of
Chiropractic, Palmer College, in Davenport, Iowa. While at Palmer, he was
placed on the Dean and President's lists for academic achievement and
graduated with honors. Dr. Gindhart then had the opportunity to work with one
of the leaders in Upper Cervical techniques in Tulsa, Oklahoma before
returning to Pennsylvania. Dr.
Gindhart devotes much of his time to achieving excellence in chiropractic,
advancement of the spinal correction, and educating others about the
importance of spinal care. He has given presentations to the Naval Air
Station, Queen's Health Center, and other community groups. Dr. Gindhart has
also developed and taught an Adult Sunday School Class for his church
regarding the importance of taking care of your body. He is currently a
member of the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce, the Pennsylvania Chiropractic
Association and the Chiropractic Fellowship of Pennsylvania. He annually attends
conferences and participates in continuing education programs. Prior to
becoming a Chiropractor, Dr. Gindhart attended Upper Moreland High School,
was an Eagle Scout, served in the United States Air Force and Air Force
Reserve, and received his Bachelor's Degree from Penn State University. While
working as a Logistics Consultant in Virginia, Dr. Gindhart began his
chiropractic treatments. Under care, he obtained long term relief from
chronic headaches and low back pain and noticed the improvement in his
overall health. It didn't take too long for him to realize his call to become
a Doctor of Chiropractic, wanting to help others in their health. Dr.
Gindhart and his wife Karen left their life on the East Coast and moved to
Iowa to pursue this dream. In his free
time, Dr. Gindhart enjoys spending time at church and with his family,
running, riding his bike, and reading. Karen Gindhart, Office
Manager
Karen received her Bachelor's degree in Management Science and
Information Systems from Penn State University. Karen attends healthcare
seminars and enjoys hosting Wellness Presentations in the office and places
in the area. Karen enjoys seeing the miracles of restored health that her
husband is allowed to be a part of. Karen grew
up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and graduated from North Catholic High School.
In her free time Karen enjoys spending time at church and with family,
reading and gardening. Karen is involved in many women's groups that meet in
the Doylestown area. |
